ORDER PROCESSING:

We have different providers to offer you the most comprehensive and helpful selection of products.

Please allow two weeks to process your order. Expect an email within two weeks to let you know your order is coming! Sometimes, it takes up to 3 weeks to ship the item, depending on the product, your location, and the provider; the standard time to let you know your item has been shipped should be less than two weeks. 

After placing your order, we have around two weeks to ship it, and it should arrive to you in 3 or 4 weeks. This, as mentioned before, depends on the purchased product(s) and providers. 

So it takes around three weeks for your item to arrive. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at curtaindrawnsummer@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these case-by-case but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
